Anhane Week is a social media account run primarily on X(formerly twitter) with crossposting on Tumblr and Archive Of Our Own(Ao3). This “ship week” is an opportunity for artists in the online community to draw art and write fiction about a specific pairing of characters in the game, with a different prompt for each day of the week. Previously, Anhane Week was held by members of the community from 2022 to 2024, when the group left the community to focus on their own personal projects. In 2025, a different member of the online community reached out to me to see if  I could design the graphics and help run a brand new account to take over the tradition, now that the older members of the community were not involved anymore.

Together we created Anhane Week 2025, with a theme based on scrapbooking precious memories together. The goal of this branding choice was to invite new participants, using the established colors and in-game character illustrations to create the illusion of “reality”. To use the in game moments as pictures, and give the impression the characters were living out their lives though our branding.

The end result was a fun, friendly, and inviting brand, which helped the event grow back from the ground up, creating a successful week-long event for the entire community, and gaining just as much participation as previous years.
