Elevate is a social campaign made to increase DEIA efforts in the Penn State community. Elevate is asking for one thing: To connect, empower, and shout out women in the arts. This campaign is a multi level rollout, coming in four distinct steps. The introduction: where we gather interest and spread awareness through informational events, advertisements, and social media posts, the alumni highlights: where we showcase alumni through networking events, showcases, and our bi-annual publication, networking: where we continue to hold networking events and foster community, and the student highlights: where we publish our second yearly publication, and host a special VR showcase for their work.

Our designs were made with women in mind, creating a bright, welcoming, and elegant style to tie together our many deliverables. By keeping the students of both past and present in mind, we were able to create a campaign that both shares their work, fosters community, and highlights the injustices in the world. With hope that with our campaign, we can help the people facing those injustices, even if only through making their voice heard.
